Mantras for anxiety help accept the fact that life is rarely a bed of roses. There are ups and downs in life. At some point in life, we all go through a bad phase. When the anxiety that an individual experiences goes beyond the ordinary, it indicates the possibility of various disorders like obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and many more. Anxiety is merely a symptom that indicates the presence of possible mental health disorders. Anxiety often shows as excessive fear, worry, panic attacks, difficulty to breath or uneasiness. These symptoms usually point to underlying mental health disorder that should not be ignored.
